Any changes to the agreed scope, timeline or responsibilities unless separately approved.
Execution remains with the appointed contractors and vendors.
Design consultancy excludes execution, procurement, purchasing, order placement, contractor or vendor appointment, and site or project management unless specifically included.
Project management excludes design development, construction or trade work, and responsibility for contractor or vendor workmanship, defects, delays or performance.
Combined support excludes any design, management, procurement, site-visit or coordination responsibility not expressly included in the agreed combined scope.
